About the position:
In this position you will provide administrative support to the Engineering & Maintenance department. Your will handle and check You will write purchase orders. You will ensure proper processing of time sheets of engineers and contractors. You will maintain records of costs and prepare overviews. You will be working 28 hours a week (the exact number can be discussed). Company policy is that you can work from home part of the time and be in the office in Middelburg at least 3 days a week.

About you:
You have completed an administrative training at MBO level and some experience with handling invoices or purchase orders. Your English and Dutch is good. Knowledge/experience with SAP would be a bonus. You work independently and accurately. Your attitude is open and communicative.
